Who can sign up for training?
Athletes ages 6-18 of all skill levels are welcome! Whether your child is a beginner or preparing for competition, we tailor sessions to fit their goals and experience
What sports do you offer training in?
We currently offer 1-on-1 and small group training in:
Baseball, Football, Basketball, Soccer, Lacrosse, Softball, Tennis, Field Hockey, and Flag Football
Where do sessions take place?
Exact locations may vary by sport - session details will be shared upon booking.
Who are the coaches?
Our coaches are experienced athletes who have played at competitive levels - from high school to college. They're selected not just for their skills, but for their ability to mentor and motivate young athletes.
How do I book a session?
Just visit your sport's page and click "Book a Session" or fill out the Contact Form on our "Contact Us" page. We'll get back to you within 24 hours to finalize scheduling and location.
What should I bring to training?
Water bottle
Proper footwear (cleats or court shoes depending on sport)
Personal gear if needed (glove, stick, etc.)
We'll provide any shared equipment needed for the session.
What is the cost of training?
Pricing varies by sport and session type (private vs group)

What You Need to Know Before Booking
You won’t be charged until your session is confirmed.
We’ll contact you within 24 hours after you submit the form.
Private sessions are 1-on-1. Group sessions allow up to 5 players.
You can train for 45, 60, or 90 minutes depending on your preference.
Training is open to all ages and experience levels.
Sessions are tailored to your needs.
Bring your gear (stick, bat, cleats, water, etc.) We’ll provide the rest.
You can request a specific coach when booking.
Sessions take place throughout Eastern PA.
Need to reschedule? Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
Packages never expire. Use them whenever you’re ready.
